Booking cancellation request

The team at Inspiring Vacations understands that circumstances may change resulting in the need to cancel your package. 

For any cancellation request, we kindly ask that all customers complete the following form with all relevant information to ensure we can process your request as soon as possible.  

If you are cancelling within the cooling-off period, normally 7 days from booking,  we ask that you refer to the specific fine print against the package you have purchased. Reimbursement will be available if cancelling within the cooling-off period to the same method of payment. Funds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request.

Subject to the 7 day cooling off period or the specific terms of a product, should you decide to cancel your booking, the below Inspiring Vacations fees will apply in addition to any costs charged by third-parties - such as those charged by airlines, cruiselines or other travel service providers. 

 

120 days or more prior to departure

0% of the holiday package

119-71 days prior to departure

50% of the holiday package price

70 days prior to departure or less

100% of the holiday package price

 

Cancellations will include but are not limited to, the full cancellation of your booking, the cancellation of one passenger on a booking, and a change in a package.

After deducting any fees, the remaining amounts paid, if any, will be returned to you in the form of an Inspiring Vacations credit. The terms of that credit will be provided upon issue. Where credit is made available, please note this may take up to 90 days for issuance. You will be notified when the credit has been applied to your Inspiring Vacations account. To explain further, some suppliers, particularly airlines can take time to process reimbursements.  

Upon completing the form, you have the option to seek the costs associated with the booking before the official cancellation is processed. Where we need to contact local suppliers, we hope you can understand that it can take up to 7 business days before you receive further information from our dedicated team. 

You can view all terms and conditions associated with your package online in your Traveller Hub when you are logged in.
