A quote can be personalised to you based on the following requests:
- Airline Preferences: Advise if you have a preferred airline. Remember - if your package includes flights, we will always book a full service airline.
- Cabin Preferences: Opt for an upgrade to premium economy or business class.
- Extensions: Advise if you wish to extend travel before or after the tour with the same start and end cities.
- Stopover: Let our team know if you wish to have a stopover in a transit city.
- Back-to-back tours: Let our team know if you need to amend or adjust your flights to accommodate two or more tours you are joining consecutively
Any further variation requests that do not meet the above requirements will not be quoted. Quotes are not provided for: one way flights, round the world tickets and Frequent Flyer point redemption.
In addition to the outlined costs below, a personalised quote fee of $150pp will be charged upon acceptance of your quote.

Once submitted, our experienced team will source convenient, well-timed flights at the best available price to match your needs. Please note: forms for Flight Inclusive packages must be submitted at least 70 days prior to departure.
Frequently asked questions
What should I expect when I have submitted my request?
After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgment email.
Your request will be forwarded to our dedicated flights team, who process request.
Once your quote is ready, we will contact you via email with a proposed quote and deadline for acceptance. If you decide to proceed, please reply to the email within the specified timeframe before the deadline. Payment is required to secure the flights before they expire. Upon receiving your payment and agreement, our team will update your Traveller Hub with your flight details. While you may have your flight details, please note that flight tickets and travel documentation may be uploaded closer to your departure date.
When should I expect to receive my quote?
For travelers who have purchased a package with flights and wish to specify flight preferences, we will provide a quote 60 days before departure.
For travelers who book a package without flights and seek assistance, our team will provide a quote within 3 business days of receiving your request, provided your booking is confirmed.
Is there a deadline to provide my flight preferenes?
Yes, for flight inclusive tour packages, you must submit your flight preferences no later than 70 days prior to departure. Flight preferences submitted within 75 days of departure will not be quoted.
For packages that are Land Only, you can submit preferences any time until departure
I want to book flights that match my tour, my only request is a specific airline, can I use the flight portal?
We highly recommend that all customers book their flights through our flights portal whenever possible. If you are unable to access the portal or it does not accommodate your specific needs, we suggest submitting the flight preference form.
How can I receive access to the flight portal?
If your package does not include airfares, you can access the flight portal. Simply log into your Traveller Hub account to view your booking details and gain portal access.
For packages with included flights our team will handle the flight bookings internally.
