Frequently asked questions
Are my optional excurions automatically confirmed?
When you have submitted the request form, your optional excursions are not confirmed. Our team will be required to liaise with Hurtigruten to confirm the availability.
Once confirmed, all optional excursions are subject to weather, minimum numbers and unexpected circumstances.
Do all travelers have to participate in the optional excursion?
We can request optional excursions for specific travellers only. Where applicable, please advise us in the additional comments box who will be participating in the tour, as not all travellers wish to participate.
Do I need to book optional excursions by a certain date?
We can request optional excursions up to 70 days before departure. Please note, however, all optional excursions are subject to availability, so we recommend booking sooner rather than later.
Why are all prices in AUD?
The prices listed in the document are exclusively in AUD. For bookings made through the Canada, US, or New Zealand store, optional tours will be converted to the respective local currency upon confirmation.
