Your health and safety are paramount. Some of our itineraries include challenging conditions, including some uneven terrain and a lot of daily steps. You should be in reasonably good health and be able to participate in all activities unaided – this includes getting on and off all transportation. To help you decide which is the right tour for you, we have developed an easy fitness grading system for each of our tours. You can find the fitness grading on the tour page within the Important Information section. Any medical or health conditions that you may have, please ensure you disclose these to us at the time of booking.
In the event of unexpected circumstances, our resources guide you on what to do if you contract COVID-19 while on tour. We are committed to keeping you empowered with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions and to practise basic hygiene to prioritise your health. To learn more, please click here.
